No weapons or drugs of any kind are permitted on Tours/Excursions,  unless prescribed medication that will not impair your ability to operate a pedal Kayak and be in the sun.  Sunscreen and proper covering is recommended for all tours/excursions. Any sunburn, heat exhaustion or all weather related illness or injury is not the responsibility or liability of BigmanInstincts llc. Water is provided for every tour/excursion and extensive first aid kits are available but if used for negligence you will be charged for contents of first aid kit.  Any negligent use or mistreatment of Bigmaninstincts llc property, gear or employees will not be tolerated period. Our guides and law enforcement are the only sources with ability to terminate tours/excursions for any reason without refund, if that guide assess that continued behaviors or actions are compromising the safety of any tour/excursion and or property/gear owned by Bigmaninstincts llc or any other property/ land owned by others.   Any of these scenarios will be taken to law enforcement/court system and or tour/excursion will be ended immediately without refund. You will be charged to your deposit credit card for any negligently/carelessly  broken or lost property owned by Bigmaninstincts llc.  
All Tours are weather  permitting, WE DO fish or tour in light rain or on overcast days.  Proper attire is recommended for all weather conditions possible in Michigan.  Tour Guide is the only source with ability to cancel/stop tours do to weather condition. Any other ending or canceling of Tours do to weather ,  the  paying customer/client will receive a prorated discount on next service of their choice based on time spent  if tour cancels while underway. ( Example- 3 hrs into 8 hr tour, storm hits hard and won't let up, tour would end and paying customer would receive  a 5 hr credit towards their  next tour of their choice).  In the event of Tour/Excursion being  canceled by our guide  prior to the tour/excursion being underway, each paying customer shall receive a raincheck for the amount of their deposit + $25 raincheck discount per paying customer to be used on their next tour of their choice.  Deposits and Tour/Excursions payments are completely nonrefundable. We at Bigmaninstincts llc reserve the right to only return payments in the form of credits or rain checks to paying customers.  Our Kayaks have a 350 lb weight capacity,  any person/persons that exceed this weight or are younger than 12 yrs of age can not be accommodated on any kayak tours/excursions we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and offer up 25% discount for one of Bigmaninstincts  all inclusive full set up and tear down camping excursions for any person/persons that can not participate in our Kayak tours.  Our Kayaks, Life vests and all other gear meet and exceed USCG  regulations and requirements to operate safely and legally on Michigan waters Day or Night. Life vests must be worn at all times while operating on all waterway tours. Our Guides are licensed, insured and trained to provide Safe fun tours/excursions.  Our excursions of  7  hours or more provide a picnic style lunch, pre packaged and sold by a third-party distributor, although carefully chosen, Bigmaninstincts llc holds no responsibility or liability  for the quality or freshness of food provided by this third party. Bigmaninstincts llc adheres to all sell by/expiration dates labeled on prepacked food items and those that have reached expiration are disposed of.  Bigmaninstincts llc uses Wix.com as a third-party  credit card processing, monetary transaction , deposit payment collection and storage source. Please refer to their website at Wix.com for regulations, privacy and info collection questions or concerns regarding credit card/payment transactions.  Bigmaninstincts llc holds no responsibility or liability for processing credit cards or any other form of payment on the internet. Bigmaninstincts llc holds no responsibility or liability for the storage of personal information/ credit card information of customers or anyone, except for name, number, email and city of registered customers.       If Participating in an All inclusive fishing excursion, catching fish is not a guarantee!  THIS RARELY HAPPENS, but in a situation where a fishing excursion as a whole, does not catch a single fish, each paying customer will receive a %40 percent off Credit towards any service that Bigmaninstincts llc provides to use  on any provided/ available date. If even one fish is caught by the Participants in said excursion, this credit does not apply. Bigmaninstincts llc reserves the right to refuse service to any one at anytime for any reason.
